Bodywork is the metaphoric chiseling away of old and stuck patterns to reclaim what’s rightfully yours. In a more grounded sense, bodywork is the application of various massage modalities to target and resolve chronic or habitual pain. In an even more grounded sense, bodywork is wordplay to differentiate higher level massage therapy from the stereotype of massage.

Yes and no.
Yes, because I use massage techniques that I’ve learned over the years of working with the body. I apply whichever technique I feel will be most welcomed by the body in that moment. This may include techniques from Sports Massage, Neruosomatic Therapy, Graston Technique, Manual and Orthopedic Therapy or Healing Touch.
No, because my sessions are goal oriented and are focused towards a larger outcome than simply relaxing.
